1. Service-Based Work Policy

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Basement Plumbing

  • Drain Plumbing

  • Water Line Repair

  • Kitchen Plumbing

  • Gas Line Services

  • Bathroom Plumbing Services

Due to the nature of plumbing and construction work, completed labor services are generally non-refundable once the work has been performed.

However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you experience an issue related to the work we performed, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the concern.


2. Workmanship Guarantee

Blocker Construction stands behind the quality of our work.

If a problem arises directly due to our workmanship within the specified warranty period provided on your invoice or service agreement:

  • We will inspect the issue.

  • If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our workmanship, we will repair it at no additional labor cost.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third parties

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original scope of work

  • New plumbing issues unrelated to our completed service


3. Materials & Parts

Any materials or parts installed during your service may be covered by:

  • Manufacturer warranties (if applicable)

  • Limited service warranty as specified in your invoice

Defective parts covered under manufacturer warranty may be eligible for replacement, but labor costs may vary depending on the warranty terms.

Custom-ordered or special-order materials are non-refundable once ordered.


4. Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits

For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Deposits are used to secure scheduling and purchase materials.

  • Deposits may be partially refundable if cancellation occurs before materials are ordered and work has not started.

  • Once materials are purchased or work has begun, deposits may become non-refundable.

Service Appointment Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.
Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.


5. Unsatisfactory Service Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the service provided:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of service completion.

  2. Provide details of the concern.

  3. Allow our team the opportunity to inspect and correct the issue.

We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and fairly.


6. No Returns on Installed Products

Once plumbing fixtures, pipes, gas lines, or related materials are installed, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional retail sense due to health, safety, and code compliance standards.

Unused materials that remain unopened may be eligible for return only if:

  • Approved by management

  • Within supplier return window

  • Subject to restocking fees


7. Emergency Services

Emergency plumbing or gas services are non-refundable once work has been completed due to the urgent nature of response and labor deployment.


8. Limitation of Liability

Blocker Construction is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing structural damage

  • Hidden plumbing issues not visible during initial inspection

  • Water damage caused prior to our arrival

  • Delays caused by parts availability or external factors

All services are performed according to industry standards and applicable local codes.
